• Income

The charity receives income by way of grants, local authority contracts, housing benefits, service charges and donations.

• Expenditure

Expenditure is used for charitable activities to provide housing and associated support costs.

• Budgets

Budgets are set by the trustees at the start of each year for the strategic management and planning of the charity.

• Service Charges

Service Charges are calculated against actual costs incurred which are not covered by housing benefits for TV Licenses, Broadband, Food and non-communal Utilities (Electric, Gas and Water).

We have 141 bed spaces, in 35 properties, across 3 districts:

- Charnwood – 114 bed spaces

- Hinckley and Bosworth – 24 bed spaces

- Northwest Leicestershire – 3 bed spaces

Our properties are owned by:

- Falcon Support Services – 3 properties

- East Midlands Housing Association – 12 properties

- Riverside Housing Association – 3 properties

- Private Landlords – 17 properties

• Maintenance and Stock Condition

We have a Repairs and Maintenance Policy ensuring we provide an effective, efficient, and responsive repairs, maintenance, and property management service.

• Net Zero

We have a commitment to environmental responsibility. Our Sustainability Strategy and Action Plan outlines a practical, long-term approach to reducing our environmental impact while strengthening the quality and resilience of our services.

• Building Health and Safety

Our Housing Management Team ensures that all properties remain compliant with relevant legislation and health and safety requirements, undertaking regular inspections, monitoring compliance, and addressing any identified risks promptly.

We have an Allocations policy detailing referral routes and how we allocate properties.

• Anti-Social Behaviour

We are committed to making sure our residents, service users, staff, visitors and local communities feel safe and respected. We do not accept anti-social behaviour and work collaboratively to address and reduce anti-social behaviour. We will take reports seriously and respond fairly and consistently. We have a Quality Assurance Framework which sets out or processes to monitor our quality.

• Social Value Outcomes

£10 for every £1 spent. The findings from the 2025–26 Social Value Report suggest that Falcon Support Services is achieving significant progress against its intended Theory of Change pathways, particularly in the areas of emotional wellbeing, recovery, social connection, belonging and independence. • Psychologically Informed Environment

We are proud to operate as a Psychologically Informed Environment (PIE) - an approach that places psychological understanding at the heart of everything we do. This means recognising the emotional needs of those we support, many of whom have experienced trauma, homelessness, or significant life challenges. A PIE helps create safer, more compassionate services where people feel heard, understood, and empowered to move forward.

To make sure we’re staying true to PIE principles, we work on Pizazz - a self-development tool designed specifically for psychologically informed services with a peer-led external assessment.

The Pizazz review has confirmed that Falcon Support Services has successfully cultivated a Psychologically Informed Environment, one where residents are not only cared for physically but are also supported emotionally and psychologically. While the organization recognizes the ongoing nature of this work, it has demonstrated a clear commitment to maintaining and further enhancing the psychological support offered to residents.

We provide high quality, person centred, trauma informed, holistic support, in safe properties with robust property management, sound safeguarding practices and health and safety compliance.
