Falcon has an annual turnover of less than £36m, we do not have a formal Modern Slavery Statement. However, we are committed to ensure that we have policies and procedures in place to ensure that we are operating in an ethical way.
Our organisation
Falcon Support Services E.M Ltd is a registered charity with the charity number 1103101, and a private company with the number 04177320. We have approximately 100 employees. Formed in 2001, Falcon Support Services is a registered charity with the mission to help vulnerable people transform their lives enabling them to live independently, healthily and positively contribute to their community.

Our policies and procedures
Falcon has a number of policies and procedures in place to demonstrate our commitment to proper conduct in all our operations and business relationships. These are implemented and enforced using effective systems and monitored with control measures.
Whilst not legally required to submit a Modern slavery statement Falcon has a commitment against slavery and human trafficking in all forms and strives to act ethically, always, in all our work, business dealings and various relationships; ensuring that slavery and human trafficking does not take place within our organisation.
Falcon’s policies and procedures are applicable to all our employees as well as to those engaged on a temporary or consultancy basis.

We deal with many organisations, and we use suppliers to support the operations of our organisation. The key areas in which we engage suppliers to provide goods and services are:

Our supply chain due diligence
Falcon typically engages with suppliers that are small to medium size enterprises that fall below the Modern Slavery £36M threshold. Except for Ad hoc purchases from Amazon, and insurance from Zurich and other larger suppliers/retailers. We seek to work with suppliers that are well established and share Falcon values.
Training
We work hard to ensure that adequate information and training is provided to all Falcon employees, contractors, or visitors on all relevant matters.
In terms of information and training:
-All new joiners attend an induction session which includes information and training on our policies and procedures.
-Managers are provided with relevant training and matters including in relation to recruitment, remuneration, supervision and employee wellbeing.
