Providing support to the organisation's residents, alongside their Support Worker, this role will empower the service users to make positive changes and informed choices.
This role works alongside residents living semi-independently providing support for an independent and positive future.
Working alongside the team to cover during staff absences
The successful applicant will have the primary responsibility for delivering the charities’ Communications Strategy including its social media profile, publications and the production of its promotional materials.
You will provide overnight waking cover to Falcon Support Services which includes supporting adults with complex needs who may be experiencing a range of problems such as:
Substance Misuse
Mental Health
Fleeing domestic violence
Ex offending
You will be working in a hostel environment cleaning and maintaining the communal spaces and rooms as and when required.
