Social Value.

Falcon's estimated savings are £10 for every £1 spent!

Falcon Support Services' second formal Social Value Report, covering the period of 2025-2026 is an output of an internal self-assessment process undertaken with support from a Social Value Practitioner.

The findings from the 2025–26 Social Value Report suggest that Falcon Support Services is achieving significant progress against its intended Theory of Change pathways, particularly in the areas of emotional wellbeing, recovery, social connection, belonging and independence.

The strongest outcomes reported by service-users were linked to:

  • Reduced anxiety, stress and worry (96%)
  • Improved mental health (93%)
  • Feeling proud and happier (93%)
  • Increased confidence (87%)
  • Feeling a sense of belonging (97%)
  • Making new friends (85%)

The findings suggest that Falcon’s approach is contributing to positive changes in emotional wellbeing, recovery and social inclusion across multiple service areas.

The data also demonstrates that different services contribute to different outcomes. Supported Accommodation and Emotional Wellbeing services generated particularly strong mental health and emotional resilience outcomes, whilst Harm Reduction and Recovery Services demonstrated strong outcomes linked to substance misuse recovery and emotional regulation.

The findings indicate that Falcon Support Services is not only meeting immediate needs linked to homelessness and crisis, but is also supporting longer-term recovery, confidence, resilience and community development.
