January is a time for new beginnings. We started the year off strong with the official opening of our new Life Hub on Tuesday 6th January. Part of the Getting Help in Neighbourhood programme, Leicestershire Partnership Trust as part of their prevention work to build resilience and prevent mental health from developing or deteriorating.
Over 50 people gathered to celebrate the opening of the Life Hub, formerly known as The Annex. They were all excited to learn about the new safe space opened to the community. The Life Hub is a welcoming, safe and exclusive space dedicated to nurturing wellbeing, increasing resilience and improving life skills.
Offering a variety of activities and workshops, it provides a supportive environment where attendees can relax, learn and grow. Whether seeking mindfulness sessions, creative workshops, games or therapeutic sessions, such as DJing and music sessions, the Life Hub is your community sanctuary for personal growth and holistic health.
