Leicester City Football legends Steve Walsh and Matt Elliott Serve Christmas Dinner At Falcon Centre

Elliott said: “It’s been a privilege to come down to see the guys again and share a bit of Christmas spirit. Walshy and I have built a rapport with both the staff and the participants, so it’s a pleasure to be here to celebrate the festive season with them all.

“They do brilliant work at the Falcon Centre, so anything we can do to lend a hand, we’ll be there to do so. We had good fun with everyone and usually, wherever there’s free food, you’ll find me lurking around, but in all seriousness, it was brilliant to be here to represent the Club and support the fantastic work of the Falcon Centre.”

We at Falcon Support Services have been helping the community for over 20 years, enabling our service users to work towards stability and independence. Some of our users have experienced financial hardship, mental health issues, homelessness or social isolation.

Falcon Support Services aim to promote the dignity of vulnerable people, restore physical and mental wellbeing and to provide high quality, stable, supportive environments during their transition to independence.

We provide emergency accommodation and intensive 24/7 care, the centre in Loughborough also offers help with recovery services, community drop-ins, and supported housing across the region. We also assist vulnerable people in developing the social and life skills necessary to plan and prepare for their futures, enabling them to integrate into the local community.
