A qualified as a Company Secretary, with an MBA in Business. Graham was previously a manager in the energy sector, and recently completed a successful 3-year consultancy.
Jason King
Jason is a senior local authority officer, currently Executive Director – Communities within a tri‑council corporate management arrangement. He brings significant leadership experience across housing, community services, governance and holds director appointments within local authority‑owned investment and shared back‑office service companies, operating at strategic and board level.

Simon has over 25 years strategic and leadership experience, in Marketing and Comms functions, a significant proportion of these working within charitable organisations.
