Falcon Support Services is partnered with Centrepoint, which is an organisation that joins charities together as they share the same mission - to give homeless young people a future.

This partnership has allowed Centrepoint to help spread the charities’ impact further and stay up to date with what is happening across the country.

Housing Matters

Housing Matters is a consortium of three organisations; The Bridge, Nottingham Community Housing Association and Falcon Support Services. Between the three, it offers Homelessness Accommodation and Floating Support Service funded by Leicestershire County Council.

These services are in place for single people, over the age of 18 and living in Leicestershire. This includes; a person who may need help to move into and set up their new home, who is currently in temporary accommodation and waiting for permanent housing or who already has their own home but is at risk of becoming homeless.

Those using the Floating Support Service will be provided with a Housing Support Worker who will create a plan to ensure those in need achieve independence in their new home. Home visits, phone contact, drop ins and group work is also available.

To use the homelessness accommodation, you will need to be referred by your Local Authorities Housing department or by The Bridge, and then Falcon Support Service’s Falcon Centre can provide emergency accommodation. This is based on a short term stay of 3-9 months. Dedicated staff will help to create an action plan to gain permanent accommodation. Please see Falcon Centre

A number of our accommodation projects come under Exaireo as their registered social landlord.

We also work in partnership with Exaireo to deliver substance misuse services to those that are struggling with addictions. To find out more please visit Substance misuse
