Position Title: Corporate Fundraiser
Location: Leicestershire (predominately Loughborough, Hinckley & Hybrid)
Hours of duty: 30 hours per week over 4 or 5 days
Salary: £19.28 per hour / £30,159.51 per annum (£37,196.73 pro rata)

Falcon Support Services provides supported accommodation and community projects to those that are homeless, at risk of homelessness, or vulnerable in the community.
Our service helps vulnerable people by providing safe and secure accommodation with our staff working alongside clients to help them develop their skills, so they can move away from homelessness to living healthy, independent and positive lives, contributing to their community.
Role Purpose:
We are seeking an experienced Corporate Fundraiser to manage and grow relationships. You will act as the key point of contact for corporate partners, building long-term relationships, developing partnerships, and maximising fundraising income to support our mission. This is a varied and externally facing role requiring excellent communication skills, creativity, and strategic thinking.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development and delivery of Falcon Support Services Fundraising strategy, working the Senior Leadership team to set clear objectives, KPIs and growth targets
- Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing corporate supporters and proactively research and engage new corporate partners and trusts.
- Partnership Development: Work with the wider fundraising and marketing/communications team to create proposals for corporate “Charity of the Year” partnerships, sponsorships, and other funding initiatives; draft and attend pitches when appropriate.
- Sponsor & Event Coordination: Recruit sponsors for events, manage corporate involvement, and ensure sponsor expectations are met. Arrange and host virtual and in-person meetings, visits/tours, cheque presentations, and events (including some out-of-hours commitments).
- Communications & Stewardship: Maintain an up-to-date database of supporters, donors and prospective funders using HubSpot. Thanking donors appropriately, ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of donor records in compliance with GDPR/data-protection regulations.
- Marketing & Content Support: Work with communications to produce corporate newsletters, social media content, case studies, website updates. Highlighting company achievements and partnership activity.
- Networking & Outreach: Attend business-community networking events (online and in-person), use LinkedIn and other channels to engage with local business networks.
- Corporate Engagement: Help companies plan and deliver their fundraising activities, tailor creative ideas and resource support, and act as a trusted advisor to corporate partners.
- Reporting & Administration: Prepare monthly reports for the Fundraising Sub-Committee outlining progress, achievements, income generation, and other metrics, working within practical and financial guidelines.

Knowledge, Experience & Skills:
- Experience of professional fundraising, or similar experience in a marketing, sales or business development environment
- Track record of achieving income targets
- Have excellent relationship building, communication and networking skills
- Confident at public speaking and delivering presentations
- Hard working, determined, self-motivated and able to work on own initiative to achieve results
- Effective time management and organisational skills
- Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills
- Ability to initiate and develop relationships with a variety of different people
Qualifications:
- It is desirable to have a relevant professional qualification - IOF/CIM - or working towards
Mandatory Requirements:
- Must be over the age of 18
- Willingness to undergo a satisfactory enhanced DBS check
- Have access to a vehicle for business purposes
- Hold a valid driving licence
- Have business car insurance
