Falcon Celebrates New Grant

We are pleased to announce that we have received a grant of £9,795 from The Leicestershire and Rutland Community Foundation, funded by IM properties Ltd.

This money has made a brilliant impact for our residents’.

It has been used to fund support staff’s wages, to deliver support to residents, and has enabled us to refurbish the house and garden of one of our 3 bed supported accommodation projects in Measham.

The carpeting and décor refurbishments have made a huge difference and are greatly appreciated by Falcon Support Services and our residents alike. Their responses have been very positive.

It is highly important for us to be able to deliver person-centred housing support, to facilitate a safe and secure home environment for residents.

Having accommodation that is comforting helps residents feel more supported and positive, improving their environmental health and wellness.

We are extremely happy that, from the funding provided by IM Properties Ltd, vulnerable people that we support have had an improved sense of home. Often, our client group have experienced insecure homelives and undesirable circumstances and environments.

We hope to be able to do more work like this in the future, to continually improve and update the facilities we offer. Residents at the recently refurbished house have described it as being “really modern” and are very pleased by the effort to where they call home.
