Peregrine House provides supported accommodation offering homeless ex-offenders a safe environment and fresh start. This accommodation offers 24/7 support, their own room, communal area and a kitchen for self catering.. We understand its service users may require help and advice to re-integrate into their communities and Peregrine House offers exactly that.

As well as providing accommodation, the house holds regular social activities including cooking sessions, games nights, films nights and residents meetings.

Those looking for a bed at Peregrine House must be 18 years or older, single and be working with DNLR Community Rehabilitation Company and have a local connection to Leicestershire, Derbyshire or Nottinghamshire. A referral is  made direct through the Community Rehabilitation Company.

Service users receive:

  • An allocated support worker who meets with them a minimum of once a week
  • Use of the Homeless Outcomes Star to enable service users to create their own personalised support and action plan
  • Referrals and signposting to appropriate agencies
  • Access to a substance misuse worker and support groups
  • Safe and secure temporary accommodation
  • Assistance finding alternative accommodation
  • Support to integrate into their communities, including access to community projects, such as our community drop in, workshops, gym, cooking sessions, social activities and more…
  • CCTV in communal areas
  • Multi-site warden available
