Accommodation Semi independent Marshalls Court Marshall's Court is made up of ten one bedroom flats. It provides 10 self-contained semi-independent supported accommodation for single people aged 18-35 years old, and 1 self contained two bed flat for a parent and child aged (parents 18-35 years old, child under 3 years old). Occupants are on an assured shorthold tenancy for up to two years. This accommodation is located in a quiet area, within walking distance from the town centre. Marshall's Court has a staffed office on site and service users will receive an individual support and action plan appropriate for their needs. Service users receive: An allocated support worker who meets with them a minimum of once a week Use of the Homeless Outcomes Star to enable service users to create their own personalised support and action plan Referrals and signposting to appropriate agencies Access to a substance misuse worker and support groups Safe and secure accommodation in the form of a tenancy Assistance finding alternative accommodation Support to integrate into their communities, including access to community projects, such as our community drop in, workshops, gym, cooking sessions, social activities and more… Multi-site warden available
