In the community The Drop-In Health Sexual Health The Falcon Centre is a C-Card venue which gives anyone quick and easy access to free condoms. It is a confidential service which also offers information and advice about sexual health and relationships. STI testing and Hep C testing is also available. Your sexual health matters. Condoms protect against pregnancy and sexually transmitted infectious. Registration for the service takes approximately 10 minutes. For further information or to see alternative venues please click C-Card Info Physical Health Basic Health Checks can be arranged and support provided to improve access to primary care for those faced with homelessness, reducing numbers presenting at urgent care/accident and emergency services and reducing health inequalities to the homeless in Leicestershire. Mental Health We have an Emotional and Wellbeing Support Worker. Falcon Support Services have received the Coronavirus Mental Health Response Fund, as part of a programme that provide mental health services during this pandemic. Katie, our Emotional and Wellbeing Worker is here to offer a helping hand, using the five ways to wellbeing as a holistic approach to mental health. She can support with 1:1 chats, accessing services to improve people’s health, promoting community services, accompanying to appointments, activities to manage anxiety and depression, phone and text support. Substance misuse Recovering from substances is a long process, and here at Falcon Support Services we want to provide the best possible support along your journey. Working in partnership with Exaireo to deliver Substance Misuse services we have Jerome and Stuart available to assist you on your recovery.
