Get involved Fundraising Fundraising appeals £5 could save a life The number of people sleeping rough has risen sharply in recent years, the national figure has risen 169% since 2010. At least 78 homeless people died in the winter of 2017, an average of at least two a week. We work hard to try and house those that are on the streets, but due to complex reasons many remain there. In 'The Drop-In' we provide hot food, drinks, shower and washing machine facilities as well as a friendly face. We issue toiletries and items to help people keep warm such as coats, hand warmers and sleeping bags. We are incredibly low on sleeping bags and would like to start issuing these out to rough sleepers, whether you can spare a donation of £5 so we can get one or whether you can donate a sleeping bag yourself it would be much appreciated. Any help could save a life.
